Indivisible will be hosting a Zoom call, Solidarity in Action: Training for Systemic Change and Allyship Series Kick-off with Heather McGhee on June 24, 4 PM ET. Contact Congress/Attorneys General
From Indivisible — Trump and the GOP’s so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” is anything but; it’s a dangerous piece of legislation that would gut Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP benefits, and more, all to hand out massive tax breaks to the wealthy.
We must stop this. Take the Let’s Stop the Cuts pledge and join the fight to protect critical programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP.

Buried in House Republicans’ 1000-page reconciliation bill is a provision that could gut the power of our federal courts and give Trump something no other president has had: the power to ignore the law and judicial orders. June 24 marks the third anniversary of the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade. Trump and the Republicans continue to attack women’s reproductive rights and are going to defund Planned Parenthood in the reconciliation bill which would affect health care for millions of women. On Wednesday, June 25, 6 PM ET, join the DNC special edition of The Network Strategy, a volunteer training focused on becoming a powerful messenger for reproductive freedom and holding Republicans accountable. Save the Fair Housing Initiatives Program. FHIP is a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program created in 1987 to support people facing housing discrimination, educate about the nation’s fair housing laws, and cure the harmful effects of housing discrimination. Trump has terminated 78 grants to local fair housing organizations and the next budget will eliminate the program entirely. From Indivisible Blue State Defiance — Safeguarding Civil Liberties: What Blue State Attorneys General Must Do To Stop ICE Overreach. Phone Banking, Canvassing, Texting, and Postcard Writing
This week the Senate is rushing to pass the reconciliation bill that will slash Medicaid to pay for tax cuts for the wealthy. On June 24-26, 6–8 PM ET, join a phone bank organized by Indivisible, Working Families Power, MoveOn, and others to call Medicaid recipients urging them to contact their senators to vote NO on this bill. Every Wednesday and Thursday in June, 11 AM–12:30 PM ET, join Indivisible for a phone bank where we’ll be calling voters and connecting them directly to their senator. Together, we’ll urge Republicans to oppose the Trump Tax Scam — a reckless GOP tax plan that prioritizes billionaires like Elon Musk while selling out working families. Sign up here.
Join Common Cause Phone Bank and mobilize voters to take action against dangerous legislation in state houses around the country. They will focus on the most urgent campaigns that need our help. Issues include stopping bills that make it difficult for students, minorities, seniors, veterans, and others to vote. The phone banks are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at various times. Sign up here.

Canvass for Democrats and talk with voters in North Carolina in various counties. This is also a great opportunity to help flip North Carolina blue!
The SAVE Act, A GOP-backed bill, would make voter registration significantly more difficult for married women, transgender individuals, seniors, people with disabilities, and minorities. The legislation is aimed at addressing the largely unsubstantiated issue of noncitizen voting. While the bill has already passed in the House, it could still be blocked in the Senate if Democratic members remain united.
Common Cause will be hosting phone banks every Tuesday and Thursday either from 5:30–7:30 PM ET or from 6–8 PM ET to call swing state voters and encourage them to urge their legislators to oppose this bill. Volunteers will have the opportunity to patch voters directly through to their lawmakers, allowing them to express their outrage and advocate against the legislation. Training will be provided at the start of each shift. Sign up here.Grassroots Democrats, in partnership with the California Democrats, Team Pelosi, and the Los Angeles Democratic Party, are hosting the Hands Off Our Health Care Phone Bank on Thursdays. Fifteen million Californians and 72 million Americans rely on Medicaid to get the care they need. Join Black Voters Matter on Zoom at 6 PM ET every week on Tuesdays as they gather to drive change through digital organizing. Their texting campaigns will give you the opportunity to engage residents across the U.S. while empowering them to make a positive impact in their communities. More Action Items
Trump's Office of Personnel Management has proposed another rule to threaten the federal workforce. Please leave a public comment opposing a rule that will weaken civil service protections. You can leave your comment through July 3, 2025.
