Dear DemCast Family,

As we head into Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment - from the bottom of my heart - to say thank you.

This community, this digital field team, this scrappy and determined pro-democracy family… you are the reason DemCast exists, and the reason it works.

Since our founding in 2019, on a shoestring budget and a whole lot of heart, our collective work has generated the equivalent of over two billion dollars in digital amplification - without corporate backing, without billionaire donors, without a massive paid machine. Just you. Just ordinary people showing up every day to fight lies with truth, to spread verified information, to stand up for democracy when it matters most.

And the impact is real.

We’ve built the largest community-powered distribution network in the pro-democracy movement - spanning X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Bluesky, earning hundreds of billions of impressions on our content across all these channels.

But numbers don’t tell the whole story. What defines this community is not scale - it’s spirit.

You show up during your lunch breaks. You share posts after putting kids to bed. You jump into toxic comment sections with courage and facts. You hold the line when MAGA operatives, troll farms, and foreign disinformation networks try to overwhelm the truth.

And you do it not for likes or clout - but because you believe America is worth fighting for.

The truth is, Republicans, MAGA operatives, and hostile foreign governments invest hundreds of millions of dollars every year to manipulate public opinion, distort reality, and saturate social platforms with propaganda. We know this. We see it. It’s the backdrop of everything we face.

And yet…

The only thing that has ever matched them, slowed them, and in many cases beaten them - is you.

A volunteer-powered, relentless, decentralized, truth-driven digital army.

One that has already changed elections.

One that is preparing to do it again in 2026.

This Thanksgiving, I’m grateful for many things - my family, my kids, my health - but honestly, deeply, I am grateful for this community. For the people who refuse to let lies go unanswered. For every organizer, every poster, every comment-warrior, every creator, every behind-the-scenes helper who keeps this machine moving.

You are the beating heart of DemCast.

And in a year when democracy is still under threat, your work is not just helpful; it is indispensable.

So from our whole team: thank you for your passion, your persistence, your creativity, and your belief that a small group of committed citizens really can change the course of a nation.

Rest this weekend. Hug your people. Recharge. Because after Thanksgiving, we climb again - together.
