This Ad Moves Swing-State Men 2.5 Points Away From Trump
#MAGAAbortionBan is a heart-rending but effective plea for sanity.
This ad from Progress Action Fund - another one featuring that creepy Republican Congressman - is much more intense and heart-rending than some of their previous ads, which relied more on humor.

Let’s help ensure that women are protected from these MAGA threats.
Here are some articles and resources you can reference when followers reply with arguments that women aren’t in danger and/or Republicans won’t enact a national ban.

I had a miscarriage in early January 1972, so before Roe took effect. Abortion was illegal but a miscarriage was not. I was treated in a Catholic hospital and received a D&C. Roe v. Wade made abortion legal more than a year later. Fast forward to June, 2022, 50 years have passed. "Let's just go back to before Roe." They said. "Everything worked so well then." But young women are dying, not from botched back-alley abortions, but from properly administered abortions without followup because of the need to travel out-of-state, or from miscarriages (aka "spontaneous abortion") A lot of things changed in 50 years, including ultrasound monitoring of fetal heartbeat enabling the "heartbeat" or whatever it is to be detected much earlier, and the taking over of the GOP by people (men, usually) who arrogantly assume they know enough about pregnancy and childbirth to write laws than provide for severe penalties if doctors don't conform to their wishes. In 1972, the doctor who treated me was trusted by hospital administrators and the state to recognize that there was no way to save the fetus. He did what he had to do so I could live and have two more children. I have two granddaughters who may be facing a problem pregnancy one day. I have three grandsons who may have a wife or loved one needing care. We have to fix this!
