Why It Matters
This is really smart campaigning. Tim Walz brings very specific skills to the Harris-Walz campaign, and it is GREAT to see the team leaning into those assets.
Harris picked Walz because of his amazing record of progressive leadership, but also because he’s a “regular guy”. He’s a football coach, a family man, and a guy who posts videos about fixing his truck.
He’s an “everyman” in a very midwestern way (I was born in Eau Claire Wisconsin, so I know of what I speak).
Figuring out a way to blend Walz’ folksiness with their Project 2025 messaging via a “fix it manual” theme is absolutely brilliant and bodes well for the Harris-Walz campaign’s comms team.

Yeah, and I'm from Tim Walz home state. Omaha, to be exact. I knew guys like him and trust me, he's good for the ticket. Shady Vance & Frumpie are up to no good and we know it. They both lie like that's normal and I'm real sick of that entire crew of people trying to normalize lying. TF is wrong with those dudes? Rhetorical question. We know they're both suffering from the kind of untreated mental illness that will have this country in big trouble if we let them off the hook. FRY THEM!!!
